Return Policy
Toyota Steering.com parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping) and there will be a Restocking Fee of $18 on ALL returned parts. 

Please do not call to check the status of your return as we are handling hundreds of inquires a day.  Please keep your tracking information, this is your proof of return.    

If you do not hear from us in three weeks of sending your part, then email Sales@Toyotasteering.com. Inquires before three weeks will not be answered.  We apologize for sounding harsh but we will get your return processed.
